UPDATE 4pm: Air Ambulance has taken off with one passenger receiving treatment.
An air ambulance has landed in Hereford this afternoon with paramedics believed to be attending an incident in the Holmer area of the city.
The air ambulance landed in on Widemarsh Common and local residents say that paramedics made off in the direction of Holmer Road.
We have approached West Midlands Ambulance Service for comment.
