The Air Ambulance has been called to a serious collision in a Herefordshire village this morning.
The collision has occurred on the B4399 in Holme Lacy.
It involves two vehicles. West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service, Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and the Air Ambulance are all in attendance at the incident.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route with the road likely to remain closed throughout the morning.
A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:
“Four Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews – two from Hereford and one each from Leominster and Ross-on-Wye Fire Stations – were called at 08:31 on 22 October to an RTC involving a large vehicle in Holme Lacy.
“The incident involved a pickup with trailer and a car which was on its roof off the carriageway.
“Police, ambulance and air ambulance were also in attendance.
“The B4399 was closed in both directions.
“Crews remain at the scene with the incident ongoing.”
