A section of the A49 is closed this lunchtime between Hereford and Ross-on-Wye due to a serious collision involving a number of vehicles. Emergency services are present at the scene and the road could remain closed for a while.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:
“We were called to reports of a multi-vehicle RTC on the A49 at 11.21am. We have two ambulances and a paramedic officer at the scene and are currently assessing multiple patients.”
