A popular pub is to remain closed until further notice, following the sudden death of its landlord.

The Paul Pry WR1, Pub & Kitchen in Worcester announced the devastating news in a post on its social media pages on Sunday.

“It is with immense sadness and pain that we must announce the sudden passing of our son, brother, partner, friend and Landlord, Alex James Pope.
