A popular Hereford restaurant and pub will close its doors to the public for the final time on 5th July.
The Starting Gate in Hereford, will close its doors to the general public on 5th July.
A message sent out to customers by email today said:
“We are writing to let you know that we’ve announced plans to make changes at some of our restaurants, and unfortunately Starting Gate, Beefeater in Hereford will be changing to a Premier Inn restaurant and will only service those staying in the hotel after 5th July.
“We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.
“The really good news is that we have another restaurant from the Whitbread Restaurants family – Abergavenny, Brewers Fayre located in Abergavenny.”
