A popular family have confirmed that they will be departing a Herefordshire pub in August, but they hope that the pub will be taken on by another tenant quickly.
Mickey and Jade shared the update on the Bridge Inn, Michaelchurch Escley Facebook page earlier this afternoon.
The update said:
“We are sorry to confirm that our last day at this gorgeous pub will be Sunday 27th August.
“We have had a great time over a few very interesting and sometimes challenging years.
“We are so thankful to all of our amazing staff, past and present who have gone above and beyond to help us. And to the fantastic locals and regulars who have also done so much behind the scenes and made it an enjoyable place to be and to work.
“With the early arrival of our daughter last spring we feel it’s best to give her our full attention and spend a bit more family time together.
“We wish the next tenants the absolute best of luck and we are sure it won’t be closed for long.
“We are looking forward to a busy August and we hope to see lots of friendly faces between now and the 27th where we will be having a bit of a leaving do!
“All the very best. Mickey, Jade and Team.”
