A number of students are self-isolating after positive cases or COVID-19 were confirmed at Kingstone High School in Herefordshire.
A letter sent to parents last week said:
“This letter is to inform you of the current situation in school. A number of students have tested positive for COVID-19 and are currently isolating. We are continuing to monitor the situation and are working closely with Herefordshire Public Health and following all government advice. The safety of the children and staff that attend our school and their families is our priority.
“Please be advised that as a precautionary measure we shall be requesting all staff and students to wear masks in corridors and the dining room. In addition, students will attend in PE kit on the days they have core PE. This is for the week commencing 20th September and this decision will be reviewed at the end of the week.”
