NEWS | A number of roads remain closed in Herefordshire due to fallen trees and flooding following Storm Darragh last weekend

Herefordshire Highways (Herefordshire Council / Balfour Beatty Living Places) have confirmed that a number of roads remain closed today (Thursday) following Storm Darragh last weekend.

In total, eleven routes in the county remain closed, due to fallen trees or flooding.

The routes in Herefordshire that remain closed are as follows:

• Greenway Lane – Whitchurch – Closed due to landslip
• C1098 Lulham Madley – Closed due to flooding 
• Kingstone Lane, Bishops Frome
• C1298 Sollers Hope – Closed due to a fallen tree
• C1140 Cradley – Closed due to flooding
• C1273 Foy – Closed due to flooding
• C1234 Hentland – Closed due to a fallen tree
• U91404 Bonds Green, Broxwood – Closed due to a fallen tree
• U90122 The School Road, Huntington – Closed due to a fallen tree
• U73413 Littlemarsh Common Road, Clehonger – Closed due to a fallen tree
• U72621 Litmarsh Road Marden – Closed due to fallen tree
• U91006 Rushock Lane – Closed due to a fallen tree

The majority of routes have since reopened, with flood levels rapidly receding with dry weather this week.
