A man was arrested yesterday (Thursday 14 March) following a fatal collision on the A44, Spetchley Road in Worcester.
The collision happened around 3pm when a grey BMW 3 series collided with a white Ford Mondeo.
The driver of the Mondeo, a woman aged 26, and the passenger, a woman aged 39 were sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
A 6-year-old boy, who was also in the Mondeo, was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital, but sadly died shortly after arrival.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, suspicion of causing death whilst uninsured, suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking.
