A man arrested in relation to an incident in New Road, Worcester yesterday (10 May) has been charged.
Adam Smith, 29, of Dry Thistle Close, Bromyard, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He has been bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on 16 June 2022.
