A Herefordshire school has been forced to close its doors this afternoon with parents advised to collect their children.
An update shared on the Herefordshire Council website said:
“We have had to take the decision to close the school with immediate effect due to a fault that has developed with the fire alarm.
“Please come to school as soon as possible to collect your child – go to the classrooms for Reception, Years 1, 2, and 3.
“Year 4 collect from normal end of day point.
“Year 5 and 6 children must be collected by an adult on your pick up list.
“We will keep you up to date regarding when the fault has been fixed.”
