A Herefordshire fish and chip shop has confirmed that it will be closed until next year.
From Audreys Fish Bar in Ross-on-Wye:
“We have some news!
“As many of you may know, Sharon has been through the wars this year and in true style now has to have an operation that will put her out of action for the next 3 months.
“The operation is due to happen tomorrow so apologies for the late notice but we will be closed for the remainder of the year.
“All being well, Sharon and Sue will be doing pickled onions and eggs still and graham will be selling fire wood in due course.
“Thank you for your understanding and no doubt huge amounts of support!”
