A Herefordshire animal clinic has made an announcement following reports of aggressive, intimidating and threatening behaviour.
In a social media post, Bromyard Vets said:
“In light of a recent incident involving aggressive, intimidating and threatening behaviour at our clinic, we will now be keeping our doors locked after dark for the safety of our team and our clients.
“If you have a scheduled evening appointment, please call us upon arrival and a team member will let you in.
“Rest assured, our staff will be inside and ready to assist as usual.
“We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritise the safety and wellbeing of everyone who visits and works at our clinic.
“Thank you for your continued support.”
