A Hereford bar has announced that it will be closing its doors for the final time in its current location before Christmas, but it has big plans for the coming year!

Overbite Brewhouse, currently located at Bastion Mews in Hereford, confirmed the news in a post on social media this morning:

“It is with a heavy heart that I have to let everyone know we are closing our doors at Bastion mews for the final time on Saturday 21st December.

“A number of factors have contributed to us closing but mainly the overheads, and our limitations on how many events we can put on.

“BUT DO NOT FEAR

“We aren’t going anywhere for long, with a big announcement coming in the next few months!!

“I am going to take this time, to brew lots of exciting beers, without the worry of keeping the taproom busy every weekend.

“I want to thankyou everyone from the bottom of my heart for all your support these last 21 months, there’s been highs and lows but 1 thing I can say is we’ve had fun a long the way!!

“From our events, quizzes and our formidable darts team.

“But mainly you guys the customers!!

“Would be great to see as many of you the coming weeks, we will be giving the OVERBITE a big send off on the 21st.

“DRINKS OFFERS AS ALL MUST GO.

“ALSO OUR VERY OWN BIG MIKE IS HOSTING A QUIZ NEXT THURSDAY.

“HOPE TO SEE A LOT OF YOU IN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO.

“MUCH LOVE AND THANKS.

“LIAM AND BRYN.”
