Mitchell Starkey, a 25 year old man from Bromyard, was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Monday 14th March for the offences that took place in Bromyard in March 2023.
From West Mercia Police:
On 6th March 2023 a vehicle was stolen from Top Garage in Bromyard.
On 13th March 2023 Mitchell Starkey was arrested and charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owners consent and a number of other offences including theft from a shop, driving whilst disqualified, use a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and fail to comply with a community protection notice.
All these offences were committed in Bromyard.
Mitchell Starkey was remanded for court and on 14th March 2023 was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison.
This is a fantastic result.
Mitchell Starkey has a community protection notice (CPN) which prohibits him from entering Bromyard.
