A 50-year-old woman has been reported by Police for careless or inconsiderate driving following a collision in Herefordshire on Friday afternoon.
The collision occurred on the A44 (Leominster to Worcester Road) near Docklow.
Emergency services attended the incident and the road was closed for a couple of hours.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“This afternoon (21/04/2023) officers from Bromyard SNT attended an RTC alongside the West Midlands Ambulance Service and an appliance from Bromyard Fire Station on the A44 near Bredenbury following reports of 2 vehicles being involved in a collision.
“Luckily on this occasion nobody was injured however the road was closed for a significant amount of time to allow for the road to cleared of debris and both vehicles to be safely recovered.
“A 50 year old woman from the West Midlands was consequently reported for prosecution for Careless or Inconsiderate Driving.
“Thanks to all that remained patient with us whilst we dealt with the scene.”
