Up to 275 new properties could be built in Herefordshire, after Herefordshire Council granted Outline Planning Permission for two developments in two separate areas of the county.

Up to 100 dwellings could be built next to the A480 in Credenhill and up to 175 dwellings could be built on land to the east of the A40 in Ross-on-Wye if full approval is granted.
