Public Health England have confirmed that 16 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases of the virus recorded in the county to 6,820 since the start of the outbreak.
Last Monday, 3 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Herefordshire.
The UK has recorded 5,342 new cases of COVID-19. 5,089 cases were confirmed last Monday. Despite the rise, it should be noted that nearly double the number of tests were completed for today’s data in comparison to last week.
