Officers were called at around 5.35am this morning (4 September), following the report of an animal rebellion protest at the Muller Dairy site in Hampton Lovett, Worcestershire.

The report detailed that approximately 20 individuals gained unauthorised access to the site in Droitwich, causing damage on entry. As of 15.30pm this afternoon (4 September), 13 individuals have been arrested for aggravated trespassing offences and our officers remain on scene negotiating with those still at the site.

Superintendent Stu Bill reassures local communities that, “Our officers remain on scene at the Muller site in Droitwich in attempts to resolve the situation as safely and efficiently as possible.

“The safety of our officers and the public is always our priority and we absolutely support the right to peacefully protest, however damage caused by unlawful entry to private property will be dealt with as such.”
