Emma is described as about 5 foot 4 inches tall with long black hair.
She was last seen yesterday morning (October 3rd) around 9am in the Machynlleth area.
She is believed to be wearing white trainers and black leggings.
Emma may have used public transport and has links to the South Wales and Gwent areas.
