Daniel was last seen at around 12pm on Friday afternoon (28 June) in the Kingstone / Golden Valley area walking towards Hereford.
The 14-year-old is described as a white male approximately 5ft 9, slim build with shaved brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black jogging bottoms, black trainers with blue laces and a white t-shirt.
Daniel is known to have links to Hereford and Ledbury.
Officers are concerned for his welfare and ask if anyone has seen him, or knows of his whereabouts, to call 01432 347 370.
