Police are appealing for information to locate Lewis Prosser, 33, from Pontypool, who is reported as missing.
Lewis, 33, was last seen in the Pontnewynydd area at around 8am on Sunday 14 September and officers are concerned for his welfare.
He is described as of slim build, around 5’ 9” tall and has brown hair.
Lewis has several tattoos, including a floral design on the right side of his forehead, and has links to Abergavenny, Cwmbran and Monmouth.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call Police on 101, send a direct message on social media or visit the Gwent Police website, quoting log 2500296214.
Lewis is urged also to get in touch with Police.
