Officers are asking the public to please be on the lookout for a missing 36 year old lady called Samantha Ellis from Hereford, who hasn’t been seen since last night (18 July).
Samantha is extremely vulnerable with mental health issues as well as some learning disabilities. She is of heavy set with very short hair. Samantha also has a child-like voice and is wearing a turquoise velour jacket, black trainers, a t-shirt with a parrot on it, black shorts, a blue cap and is carrying a pink rucksack.
