A second planning application has been submitted to Herefordshire Council for the proposed McDonalds restaurant in Leominster.
The second application details proposed signage and a location plan.
The plans for a McDonalds have come under fire from many local residents, business owners and councillors with over 200 writing to the council to oppose the plans. Those in favour say it will bring significant investment into the town in the way of jobs, something which many believe Leominster desperately needs.
A decision is expected to be made later this year.
