Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews have been tackling a wildfire near Kington.
The blaze was first reported on Friday afternoon on Hergest Ridge.
Local residents reported seeing smoke and flames rising from the hill.
Kington Fire Station have a crew at the scene.
There have been a number of wildfires over recent weeks, particularly across parts of Wales, following a long spell of dry weather.
It’s hoped that the situation should calm down next week, with more unsettled weather set to affect parts of England and Wales.
