Further details have been announced regarding the property market during the upcoming month long lockdown in England. The lockdown will come into place this Thursday.
Robert Jenrick (Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government) has confirmed that renters and homeowners will still be able to move during the upcoming lockdown.
Removal firms and Estate Agents can continue to operate. Construction sites can and should continue to work. Tradespeople can continue to enter homes to carry out work. All those involved in a property move must follow the social distancing guidance to limit the risk of infection.
