In Memory of John Davis who sadly passed away on the 5th April 2024.

Much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Father In law.

John was a former Hereford United Goalkeeper during the late 60’s and early 70’s and made around 84 appearances for them.

John was also called up for the England amateur team.

John was well known in Redhill as he owned and ran the Redhill Stores and Post Office for over 50 years.

Funeral is on the 3rd May at 11:15am at the Hereford Crematorium and then back at the Railway Club for refreshments.

In Memory of George Edward Biddle of Dilwyn.

Unexpectedly passed away at home on 1st April 2024 aged 84 Years.

He will be deeply missed by his family. He is now reunited with his beloved Pru.

He requested a direct Cremation with no service.

In Memory of Martin Oliver aka Olly.

Sadly passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday 3rd April.

Played skittles for over 40 years, also a linesman at many a football match on a weekend. An avid train enthusiast.

Will be sadly missed.

In Memory of Roy Davies of Ludlow Place, Hereford.

Sadly fell asleep at Newstead Nursing Home on Saturday March 30th, aged 84 years.

Beloved husband of the late Mary.

Much loved Father, Father in law, Grandfather & Great Grandfather.

A service to Celebrate the life of Roy will take place at Humber Woodland of Rememberance on Thursday May 16th at 2pm, where he will be reunited with Mary. You are then welcome to join Roy’s family at the Railway Club after.

Mike Watkins passed away peacefully on 31st March 2024 at West Eaton Nursing Home, Leominster, aged 84 years.

His funeral will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday 25th April at 1.15pm.

No flowers please. Donations if desired, to We Are Farming Minds and The Lewy Body Society.

After the service, all are welcome to celebrate his life at The Corners Inn, Kingsland.

In loving memory of Beth Jarvis, who passed away at home on the 25th March 2024.

Please join Beth’s family and friends in honouring Beth’s life and sharing their memories of this beautiful girl.

In Memory of Gwen Dukes who passed peacefully in her sleep aged 85 years old.

Gwen was a long time sufferer of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Gwen worked at the old Tesco store which is now McDonald’s and she then moved to the Tesco store at Bewell Street until she retired.

Gwen loved her family and will be missed by family and friends.

In loving memory of Lesley Thomas.

Lesley and her husband moved to Hereford just over four years ago and loved the area and countryside.

Les very quickly made Hereford her home and enjoyed trips out, nice meals, walks, drives and the gym.

However, Leslie also spent a lot of this time fighting and trying to recover from cancer but unfortunately lost a brave fight at the end of March.

RIP. Lesley 1952-2024.

Passed away peacefully at Hereford County Hospital on 1st April at 2:11am. 

Her funeral will take place on Monday 15th April, 2pm at Lyde Church, HR1 3AB, for anyone that wishes to say goodbye.

In Memory of Susan Meredith.

Much loved by her family and friends, including Husband Mick, Son Simon + Daughter in Law Anita, Daughter Sarah + Husband Shaun plus Grandchildren Jack, Lian, Charlie, Harry & Oscar.

In loving memory of Darrell John Mohan, who sadly passed away at Carders Court Nursing Home in Rochdale on 24th March 2024, aged 80 years.

Born in 1944, Darrell lived for the first 40 years of his life in Hereford and kept his strong Herefordshire accent all his life.

He was a well-known and much liked figure around town during his life there, as he was particularly known for his youth work at both Tupsley and Kingstone Youth Clubs during the 1970’s, where he was fondly known by all the kids, as Daz.

A name that was to stick for the rest of his life!

Darrell was a loving father to his two children Marc and Alison (Mo) by his first wife Pat, was a much-loved Grandad and a great granddad to his own family,  and also to that of his later partner Glenis, with whom he lived for the last 40 years of his life, and her children Sharon, Alan and Neil and grandchildren.

He will be dearly missed by all his close and extended family and his dear friends near and far.

Darrell’s funeral service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday 18th April 2024 at 10.15am.

This will be followed with a funeral reception afterwards at The Bay Horse Inn.

Bright attire welcomed.

In Memory of Christine Partridge.

Christine’s Funeral will take place on 24th April at the Hereford Crematorium from 10.15, with a Burial at 11am. 

Flowers from everyone allowed and not just family with donations to St Michael’s Hospice. 

Christine’s family would like everyone to wear something red as that was her favourite colour. 

The wake will be held after at Lads Club.

In Memory of Nicholas (Nick) Kaye who sadly passed away at Hereford County Hospital on 25th March 2024, aged 66 years.

A loving father, a much loved Grandad, and dearly missed by his family. Adored partner to Gillian and a great friend to many.

Nick’s funeral service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday 25th April 2024 at 2:15pm and afterwards at The Rugby Club.
