Peacefully passed away at Charles Court Care Home on 24th December 2024, aged 76 years.
Beloved wife of Anthony, much loved Mum of Marc & Paul and loving Grandma to Jake, Matthew & Sam.
Funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Thursday 23rd January 2025 at 1.15pm.
Family flowers only however donations if desired for Dementia UK, please wear a splash of purple, Patricia’s favourite colour.
