In loving memory of Joan Phelps, who sadly passed away peacefully at Broomy Hill Nursing Home aged 100 years on 28th February.
Greatly missed by her family and everyone that knew her.
The funeral service will be held at Hereford crematorium on Thursday 27th March at 4.15pm.
