In memory of Alan Smith (Al) who died on 22nd April at St Michael’s Hospice aged 65.
Much loved husband of Maz, step dad to Simon, Jane and Claire, grandad to Jake and Alex and a good friend to many.
Al’s wishes were to have a cremation with no ceremony.
To celebrate Al’s life, arrangements will be made in due course and details given to family and friends.
The family would like to thank St Michael’s Hospice for the wonderful care given to Al in his final weeks.
