In loving memory of Hilary Joan Clements (Joan) who passed away peacefully on the 20th January 2025 aged 99 years.
Joan will be greatly missed by all the family.
The funeral service will be held at Hereford Crematorium on the 5th March at 12:15pm followed by a celebration of Joan’s life at Hereford Welsh Club.
