A flood alert was issued earlier today on the Wye in Herefordshire after some parts of Wales received 100mm of rain yesterday.
Levels have peaked at Bredwardine and Hay with no major issues reported. The Wye is currently peaking at Hereford with riverside paths flooded in the city.
Levels are expected to drop overnight and into tomorrow but further heavy rain is forecast for Sunday so levels may rise again.
