The Fire Brigade were called to CEX on Commercial Street in Hereford early this morning after reports of smoke coming from inside the building.
Workers from Balfour Beatty are said to have spotted smoke coming from inside the building shortly after 7am this morning. The Fire Brigade quickly arrived and announced that it was a false alarm.
