“Sunderlands are delighted to announce they have completed the letting of 20 Broad Street to La De Kitchen, a restaurant group specialising in traditional Turkish food.
James Dillon, Commercial Surveyor at Sunderlands, commented “this is a fantastic result not just for the owners, but the city of Hereford. The new occupiers are an established restaurant group with a number of sites across South East England, who will certainly make the most out of one of the most prominent buildings in the city.
