Broadlands Primary School recently took part in the Book Trust’s Pyjamarama Day 2021.
Deputy Head Robert Kay told Your Herefordshire:
“As a school, Reading is at the heart of everything we do. The ability to read gives us so many opportunities and unlocks so many other areas of learning.
“Pyjamarama Day gave us the opportunity to celebrate the importance of Reading whilst having some fun with the children.
“As well as staff and children coming to school in their pyjama’s we also had lots of reading activities going on throughout school including a bedtime story in every class accompanied with hot chocolate.”
