A fundraising page has been set up by the devastated presents of a five week old baby girl who unexpectedly passed away.
Lexi Grace, from Herefordshire, passed away at just five weeks old in her sleep.
A GoFundMe page that has been set up by Lexi Grace’s parents said:
“My beautiful baby girl Lexi Grace passed away in her sleep very unexpectedly after only being with us for five weeks.
“As anyone can imagine this has left the entire family heartbroken and totally devastated.
“Lexi bought so much love to everyone that met her and you couldn’t help but fall in love with her big beautiful eyes.
“We are inviting you to please help us raise some funds for when we will be able to give our beautiful little girl a funeral.
“As everyone can imagine this a very difficult time for us and our family and we would very much love to give baby Lexi the send off that she deserves, please help us to do this.
“Any tiny donation would be really appreciated.
