Football fanatic Alaria has a very special reason to reach her fundraising goal.

The 10-year-old will walk 10K on 6th July to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice, which cared for her Great Nanny earlier this year.

Alaria plays for Wessington Juniors and will be joined by her teammates as they aim to raise £1,000 for St Michael’s.

“Alaria wanted to do the walk because the Hospice at Home team looked after her Great Nanny in March,” said her Mum Gemma, who is also a Registered Nurse at St Michael’s.

“I’m so proud of her and everyone taking part.”

Thank you, Alaria and all walkers, for your amazing support!
