The United Kingdom has recorded under 10,000 new daily COVID-19 cases for the first time in several months.
Today’s figure of 9,765 new cases is the lowest increase in daily cases recorded on a Monday since 28th September. Prime Minister Boris Johnson will host a COVID-19 Press Conference at 5pm this evening as pressure to release some restrictions mounts.
14 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases of the virus recorded in the county since the start of the pandemic to 6,325.
Last Monday, 17 new cases of the virus were recorded in Herefordshire.
