The Met Police have this afternoon confirmed that human remains found in woodland in Kent are those of Sarah Everard.
The 33-year-old went missing in south London on Wednesday 3rd March while walking home from a friend’s house.
A serving police officer is currently being held in custody after being arrested on suspicion of murder.
