Police have made an arrest, following reports of threats being made on social media towards people attending a college.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said:
“On Sunday evening (August 31), we were made aware of a Youtube video in which threats were made towards people attending Merthyr Tydfil college.
“We can confirm that a 21-year-old male from the Gwent area has been arrested and he is currently in police custody.
“An investigation is now underway to establish the full circumstances.”
