Emergency services are responding to an incident in Hereford city centre this evening.
The incident has occurred on Union Street. West Mercia Police are at the scene.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and critical care teams are also in attendance.
Union Street is currently closed.
The incident appears to have occurred behind McDonald’s.
