A man who was involved in a serious collision last month has died.
Police are investigating after a grey BMW 3 Series estate left the road and collided with a tree on an unnamed road in Hawling, Cheltenham.
The incident happened close to the A436 at around 11.40am on Sunday 26 October.
The driver, a man in his 40s, was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with serious injuries, but never recovered and died on Friday 14 November.
His next of kin and the coroner have been informed and his family continue to be supported by specialist officers.
Police would like to hear from anyone that may have any relevant information in relation to the collision.
Police are also asking for anyone who witnessed the BMW beforehand or who has dashcam footage which they believe to be relevant to come forward.
