Two Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews are currently in attendance at reports of a fire on Broad Street in Hereford.
The incident has occurred at the NatWest bank and staff have been evacuated.
Two crews are at the scene and pedestrians are advised to avoid the area for the time being.
Crews arrived at the incident at around 10.30am and the fire is believed to be in the basement.
Broad Street is currently blocked and motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
