Emergency services are currently busy responding to ‘multiple incidents’ in Herefordshire.

There are two collisions causing delays on major routes in the county. 

An overturned vehicle has blocked the B4224 between Fownhope and Ross-on-Wye, with reports of a collision also blocking the A49 between Hereford and Ross-on-Wye at Harewood End.

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews have also been busy responding to an incident at the Old Market in Hereford.

A section of the shopping centre has been cordoned off, with staff and customers evacuated from a number of shops and businesses. Fire crews remain at the scene.
