Herefordshire Council Councillors have voted to scrap both the Western Bypass and Southern Link Road.
Councillors backed the decision to scrap the Western Bypass and Southern Link Road with 27 councillors voting for the plans to be scrapped and 19 voting against.
An amendment was put forward by Cllr Kenyon that would’ve potentially saved the Southern Link Road but councillors voted against this amendment.
