Ann-Marie Probert, the Conservative Party candidate for Newton Farm has won the By Election and will become the areas local councillor.
Ann said. “Thank you to the residents of Newton Farm who have listened and trusted me with their vote, I am humbled by it. With certainty I will carry on listening and work on behalf of all residents in the ward.”
