Buckingham Palace has confirmed that the Queen is currently under medical supervision due to concerns over her health.
Prime Minister Liz Truss commented on the news saying:
“The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime.
“My thoughts – and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom – are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time.”
A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace said that the Queen will remain under medical supervision at Balmoral due to concerns from doctors about her health.
