The A49 is currently closed in both directions between Hereford and Ross-on-Wye due to a collision involving a car and a lorry.
The incident has occurred at Callow.
The road is currently blocked in both directions.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are all in attendance.
Traffic is being turned away from the incident.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
