A large fire has caused significant damage to a number of businesses overnight.
The fire occurred at Mill Farm, in Stanford Bridge, in Worcestershire, just a few miles from Bromyard.
Several Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews attended the incident on Sunday evening. It is understood that the fire affected a garden centre and surrounding units.
One of the businesses damaged by fire shared an update on social media.
Auto Perfect, a car detailing garage located at Stanford Bridge, said:
“We are devastated to announce that a fire in an adjoining premises to our unit has spread and affected our premises.
“Luckily with the help of people on site we were able to remove all the vehicles from the unit before the fire spread to the roof and through the side of the unit.
“We have had lots of messages and phone calls offering support and we really appreciate everyone’s kind messages, please don’t be offended if we do not reply to you.
“At the moment we will need to take some time to deal with what has happened and look at the best course of action going forward.
“All customers will be contacted over the next couple of days.
“There is one thing for certain…. We will be back soon.”
