Assisted collections
Herefordshire Council may be able to provide assisted collections for residents unable to put out their recycling or general rubbish bins and/or sacks when requested and where qualification criteria are met.
Assisted collections will only be granted where no one in the household is physically able to place the bins and/or sacks at the boundary of the property or collection point.
